In order to get started off on the right track, there are some questions we would like to ask of you.  We are unable to design and build every restaurant that comes our way, so there are a few things we would like to ask in order to help us help you.

Please realize there are no wrong answers and everyone will be answered.  Also know that from time to time we have the ability to assist with financing, leasing, etc.  Typically most leasing companies do not finance new restaurants without the following criteria; Personal guarantees, sufficient collateral, or a cosigner that meets those qualifications.
